OR¡ 250-300 MICRONS "WET FILM THICKNESS" APPLIED BY AIRLESS SPRAY, PREPARATION OF PROPELLERS / STERNGEAR, POLISHING OR APPLICATION OF ONE COAT OF PRIMER AND TWO COATS OF PROPELLER / STERNGEAR ANTIFOUL REMOVAL OF OLD ANODES AND REFITTING OF NEW ONES

HIRE OF PRESSURE WASHER,
COST OF NEW ANODES (THESE WILL BE CHARGED AT MANUFACTURER'S RETAIL PRICES),
ANY WORK OR REPAIRS REQUIRED BEFORE THE BOAT CAN BE ANTIFOULED OTHER THAN SPECIFIED ABOVE.
AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE WILL BE MADE FOR ANY SUCH WORK

MARCLEAR FULL ANTIFOULING SERVICE GUARANTEE
Should any MARCLEAR ANTIFOULING PRODUCT supplied and applied directly by MARCLEAR INTERNATIONAL or by MARCLEAR EMPLOYEES, or their OFFICIAL APPLICATION CENTERS, fail to give proper levels of antifouling protection within eight months of application MARCLEAR INTERNATIONAL or the MARCLEAR APPLICATION CENTER concerned will free of charge (including lifting and hard standing charges) re-antifoul the boat with Marclear products at the port of application or a port of Marclear's choice.
This guarantee covers only the underwater hull area and does not include PROPELLERS; SHAFTS or any STERNGEAR and does not include any non MARCLEAR products used (non Marclear products used will be clearly identified on your final invoice) and extends for a period of eight months from the date of the completion of the antifouling services supplied or until the boat is next lifted from the water whichever is the sooner
This guarantee only applies where the owner has contracted for, and had carried out, the full MARCLEAR APPLICATION SERVICE detailed overleaf, and such contract is signed by a director of MARCLEAR INTERNATIONAL or a MARCLEAR OFFICIAL APPLICATION CENTER. and the OWNER or the OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE. Liability under this guarantee will be limited to the owner of the yacht named in the contract and such liability is not transferable to subsequent owners.
EXCLUSIONS TO THIS GUARANTEE
Failure of the antifouling caused by abrasion, scraping, accidental damage to the painted surface or by contact with chemicals or heavy industrial pollution or by the presence of osmosis or gel-coat blistering.
Any remedial work carried out other than by Marclear employees or without Marclear's expressed written approval will render this guarantee null and void.
The cost of presenting the boat to the port where work covered by this guarantee is to be effected will without exception be at the owner's expense.
In the case of dispute between Marclear or their Representatives or Agents and the owner an independent surveyor shall be used to arbitrate, all costs relating to this shall be paid by the owner unless the surveyor concludes in favour of the owner.
Non payment in full or part of invoices relating to this contract shall render this guarantee null and void.
This contract and any claims relating to it shall be under the sole jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
MARCLEAR INTERNATIONAL'S & MARCLEAR OFFICIAL APPLICATION CENTERS' LIABILITY UNDER THIS CONTRACT IS LIMITED TO THE ABOVE AND CANNOT BE MODIFIED BY ANY OTHER STATEMENTS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED BY ANY OF IT'S EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS.
